Pride month has officially arrived!
Since the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan, where the LGBTQIA+ community protested their oppression, Pride is recognised and celebrated every June.
In 2017, we released our first Pride shoe to mark our stance on same-sex marriage, and to publicly say “YES”. Not long after, we partnered with Wear It Purple, who provide support to rainbow youth. Ever since, Volley has celebrated self-expression, authenticity, and love with our Pride shoes, and for every pair sold $5 is donated to Wear It Purple.
This June, we’re live tracking our total donations to Wear It Purple. With your help, we hope to raise $100,000 to support LGBTQIA+ youth! By buying a pair of Pride shoes, you’re tangibly making a difference to young Australians.
