A participating off-premise outlet, is any Bottle-O or Big Bargain retailer in Australia that displays the offer material advertising this offer (each a “Participating Outlet”).
6. For the purposes of this offer an “Eligible Product” is any 24 pack/carton of Coopers XPA.
7. To be eligible to claim a limited edition pair of Coopers Volley Deuce Low shoes as part of this offer, individuals must complete the following steps during the Offer Period:
  • a) purchase an Eligible Product from a Participating Outlet and obtain an official redemption card (“Redemption Card”) and a purchase receipt. Further, it is the individual’s responsibility to request their purchase receipt, if one is not automatically provided to them at the time of their purchase;
  • b) visit http://www.coopers.com.au/xpavolley (“Offer Website”) and complete the following steps:
    • Follow the prompts to the claim page;
    • Input the requested details including their full name, valid email address and contact number and then upload a copy of their purchase receipt when prompted and submit the initial claim form (“Initial Claim”).
    • Upon submitting a valid Initial Claim form in accordance with the above, individuals will be sent a unique claim code by email (“Claim Code”). Claim Codes are sent to the email provided by the individual at the time of submitting their Initial Claim. Claim Codes will be sent to individuals once their claim has been validated by the Promoter and within 72hours of submitting their Initial Claim. Claim Codes are limited to the first two hundred (200) valid Initial Claims received;
    • Once the individual has received their Claim Code, they must visit http://www.volley.com.au/coopers and follow the prompts to purchase their chosen size of Coopers branded Volley shoes and include their Claim Code when requested;
    • Individuals must then pay $9.95 in postage & handling fees, via PayPal, Visa/MasterCard or AMEX. Payment will be processed at the time of submission of their purchase.
All purchases using a Claim Code must be submitted by no later than 11.59pm AEST on 16/04/2021. Once two hundred (200) Claim Codes are exhausted, they will no longer be available at the Offer Website for claiming. Offer is strictly limited to the first two hundred (200) Initial Claims received via the Offer Website.
8. The first two hundred (200) valid Initial Claims received online will each receive a Claim Code redeemable for one (1) pair of Coopers branded Volley Deuce Low shoes valued at $89.95.
9. Sizes available for redemption will only be in men’s sizes 6 through to 13. Each individual will be able to choose their preferred size at the time of redemption, subject to size availability (once a particular size runs out, it will no longer be available for selection. Only two hundred (200) pairs of Coopers branded Volley Shoes are available overall and the offer is strictly limited to the first two hundred (200) valid claims received. Prizes will be delivered in accordance with Volley’s standard shipping terms as indicated on their website.
10. Total prize pool is valued at $17,990.
11. Only one (1) claim is permitted per person during the Offer Period.
12. Individuals must retain their Bottle-O/Big Bargain purchase receipt and their Claim Code (sent to them via email from the Promoter) as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested will, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a participant’s claim and forfeiture of any right to the prize. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Offer Period but prior to their Initial Claim submission.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Initial Claims and individuals (including an individuals identity, age and place of residence), and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the offer. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an individual, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the individual.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. If any advertised prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
17. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and their value cannot be taken as cash.
18. Successful individuals consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Coopers XPA draught product in a Venue during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”) and receive a scratch card (“Scratch Card”) at the point of purchase, subject to stocks remaining. It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure that they receive a Scratch Card at point of purchase if one is not automatically provided to them.
7. Entrants must then scratch their Scratch Card to reveal whether or not they have won an instant prize. Winner/s will be notified instantly in writing on the Scratch Card, unless otherwise advised, to claim a prize, entrants must present their winning Scratch Card to a member of staff at the Venue in which the Scratch Card was received. Instant win prize claims must be received at that Venue by close of business on the same day that the Qualifying Transaction was made in the Venue. Every scratch card will feature a 20% off discount code redeemable at volley.com.au. 11. Instant win prizes awarded in a Venue include:

12. To claim the Limited Edition Coopers XPA Volley Deuce canvas shoes, winners will need to visit www.volley.com.au/coopers and follow the prompts to the prize claim page. Winners will need to input the requested details including their full name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address, shoe size and their unique code featured on the winning scratch card and submit the fully completed online claim form. Winners will receive a confirmation email once a valid claim has been submitted. Winners cannot change their selected shoe size once their valid claim has been submitted. 16. If for any reason the winner does not redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
17. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. Entrants agree that if a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
19. Any unclaimed instant win prizes remaining after the Promotion Period will be awarded by the Promoter to its loyal customers in its absolute discretion.
20. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions or if the number of entries received is less than the number of prizes available, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
22. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or any prize.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
