While talking shit around the water cooler, we realised we’d been missing something for 80 odd years… Our household staple shoes are 100% animal free!
Joining the list of vegan friendly legends like Vegemite, Weet-Bix and Crossfit, we are proud to say that our International and Heritage styles are made vegan friendly, meaning no animal products are used in the manufacturing of these iconic shoes!
We use a unique process to create these classic stompers, known as the “Injection” method. For those of you playing at home, this means our canvas upper is placed into a mould, rubber is injected in liquid form, then put in the fridge to cool and set.
This accidental discovery of animal friendly Volley styles is just the beginning. We are working to increase our 100% Animal Friendly range, so stay tuned.
